This is great news for those who love to eat A-MA-ZING French cuisine! The personal chef – private chef – caterer Provencharly is coming to St Maarten to make you discover his specialties such as the lamb chop with ratatouille, tuna tartar and avocado, red snapper with fennel salad, tomate provençal, crème brûlée lavande… and much more.
Charly was born in Senegal and grow up in South of France and Monaco, where he learned his cooking skills. From his tender childhood when he watched his grand-mother cook in the Senegalese kitchen, Charly knew that he already had a passion for food. For eating… yes of course, but as he grew up he developed a passion for cooking.
When he was 16, he had his first cooking experience in Monaco – Monte Carlo. Filled with so much joy while learning to cook, he was convinced that he would become a great chef. And he was not wrong, Charly easily accessed the most prestigious restaurant of Monaco, the South of France and Paris such as “Quai des artistes”, “Zebra Square” or “Le Bistro du Quai” to mention some. He also worked as a chef on cruise boats, that made him discover New York.
He was asked to come back to New York to work at “Stanton Street Kitchen” and then “La Mirabelle”. With the entrepreneurship mind and many years of experience before him, Charly decided to work for himself and became a personal chef – Private chef and caterer for some of the richest people in New York but also middle-class families that needed a chef for special events. It didn’t take too long for Charly to become the #2 personal chef in New York! From Manhattan to East Hamptons Charly cooked delicious menus for his clients, who truly loves him and his cuisine… and there is no doubt about this when we read the reviews his clients left on his website.
Don’t miss him, he should be in St Maarten very soon! And who knows… as friendly as he is, he might decide to stay on the Friendly Island!
You can find all his information on his website provencharly.com, and you can email him at provencharly@gmail.com.
